Bruce Lau
Bruce Lau was one of the talented scupltors who gave shape and form to magical moments for the award-winning Walt Disney Classics Collection. Growing up in Pearl City, Oahu, Hawaii, Lau became very interested in Disney animated films and hoped to be an animator.
During high school, he switched his focus to scupting. After graduating, he attended the Califoria Institute of the Arts, and then began his professional career developing props for the entertainment industry and theme parks.
In 1990, Lau received a position with Walt Disney Art Classics to create sculptures for WDCC. In the years of working with WDCC, he created over 125 of the wonderful scuptures we all know and love.
