Peg is a sassy, stray female Lhasa Apso, whom Lady meets when she is caught and sent to the dog pound. It is implied that she had a relationship with Tramp in the past through the song she sings, "He's A Tramp". Peg and the rest of the Dog Pound Gang were highly requested by collectors, however, sadly Peg was the only one to be honored with a sculpture.
